Four of Keimyung University’s enterprise organizations were selected for Creative Korea (CK project) by the Ministry of Education and National Research Foundation of Korea. Keimyung University now has seven enterprise organizations after the addition of the four new ones. KMU receives 15 billion won for this project until 2018. The CK project is the representative project for inducing radical reform in universities and showcasing the strong points of universities to remain competitive. The project will run for five years from 2014 through 2018. Synn Il-hi, KMU’s president, said, “KMU’s status is reconfirmed by selecting leaders in the Industry-university Cooperation project, the initiative for the College of Humanities' Research and Education project, and Advancement of the College of Education. KMU tries to develop competent people by utilizing our university’s strong points.”
